Jules's Blurb: Noodles, more precisely; Thai Noodles come in many shapes and forms, and this noodles recipe is only one of them which uses wide, flat rice noodles.  Drunken Noodles get their name allegedly as a cure for a hangover, presumably because it's quite a spicy dish which can be just a light lunch on it's own or a full Drunken Noodles Recipeblown meal.  They should really be called Drunkards Noodles, the recipe below is for one person, but changing the amounts in this rice noodles recipe is easy and it is possible to make this recipe using egg noodles

It's surprising how refreshing it is, with wonderfully contrasting textures, flavours and aromas, combined with a lovely after taste which makes for quite a satisfying meal, hangover or not.

We also have a selection of recipes using egg noodles, the ever popular Pad Thai Recipe then there's our Yakisoba RecipePork Noodles Recipe or how about classic Spring Rolls

In Khwanjai's Thai cooking school she shares lots of tips for creating mouth watering dishes to please all the family and this video tutorial is no different, packed with great tips and advice to improve your results, sign up now for Khwanjai's Thai cooking course  and your Trial Thai Banquet Course

I'm sure these positive results are down to your excellent guidance and top tips in the tutorials Khwanjai, thanks a million!
