Banana Coconut Dessert Recipe

(Gooay Bwoit Chee )

How to Make Banana Coconut Desert

 
 
 

Ingredients:Banana Coconut Dessert Ingredients

Serves 4
500gr Ripe Bananas
500ml Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
Fresh Pineapple Slices
1 ts Salt
1 Large bowl of water with 1 tbs Salt added
  

 

 

 

Preparation:

Peel bananas slice lengthwise and cut into spoon sized chunks, drop into the bowl of salty water until needed
 

 


Cooking Instructions :

Grab a sauce pan and heat before pouring in the coconut milk and bring to the boil stirring occasionally
 
Once it has boiled add your Bananas, salt and sugar, bring back to boil and simmer for 4 or 5 minutes
 
Test Bananas for softness and taste test, add sugar or salt to your liking
 
Smile:  You just learned "Bananas in Coconut Milk Dessert"



Serving suggestions:
