Yakisoba, often mistakenly written Yaki Soba is really a Japanese recipe but as Khwanjai is half Japanese, and several Thai recipes are influenced by Japanese cuisine so it is natural for us to include this "Yaki Soba Recipe"
The kids'll love this one, it's not spicy at all but can be if you prefer. During the making of this video tutorial we actually make pork yakisoba instead of chicken as in this recipe, just to demonstrate that either is great

Serving Suggestions: Serve in a bowl and eat with chop sticks (more fun for the kids) if you like it spicy you can add Red Chilli Powder We sometimes like to add a sprinkling of fried garlic on top too
Now you've mastered this one try our Noodles with Pork Recipe, dare I say it, pot noodles are based on this recipe, but this is wholesome and is almost as quick to make For the Best Results: Members watch the video, its full of tips not available in the recipe and photo's which only give you about 5% of the information available in the tutorial. In fact the only thing the video can't show you is the smell & taste, but hey? We try!! |
