Solution 1: Perform a hard refresh |

Go to the web page containing the online video and for IE version 6 or lower click the "Refresh" button located on the main as shown in the image below. You can also press the "F5" button on your keyboard to perform a hard refresh.

Solution 2: Try clearing the temporary internet files or cache |

Step 1: Select Tools>Internet options

Step 2: Click the "Delete Files" button in the "Temporary Internet Files" section of the "Internet Options" window.

Step 3: Select the "Delete all offline content" checkbox so that it is checked as show in the image below. Then click the "OK" button.

Step 2: Click the "Delete" button in the "Browser history" section in the "Internet Options" window as shown in the image below.

Step 3: Finally, click the "Delete all ..." button located near the bottom of the "Delete Browsing History" window as shown in the image below.

Solution 3: Try increasing your web browser's internet file storage |

Step 1: Select Tools>Internet options

Step 2: Click the "Settings" button in the "Temporary Internet Files" section on the "Internet Options" window as show in the image below.

Step 3: Move the slider until you get 32000 MB as shown in the image below and click the "OK" button.
